Welcome to Narrabundah is a privately produced community guide created by Samuel Thompson of LJ Hooker Manuka. It is not an official council website.
Our job is to help you find something useful: a place to go, a person to know, a practical answer or a way to be involved. The guide is free to browse. Property conversations are optional.
Samuel’s professional work is in residential real estate. Creating something useful for the neighbourhood is also a way for people to get to know him. That connection is stated openly.

ONCC, GNCA and local groups do valuable community work. We credit and link to their announcements, while making our own guides and stories. We do not represent those organisations, and a link does not imply a partnership.
How information is checked.
We start with a business’s own website, an organiser’s announcement or an ACT Government service page. Listings show their sources and review dates. A technical rebuild does not refresh those dates.
Check changing details such as hours, menus, prices, venue access and event arrangements directly with the source. Events leave the upcoming calendar after their date in Canberra. Older event pages remain available for reference.
Editorial and commercial.
A factual directory entry is different from an original feature. Any future paid placement will be clearly labelled. Interviews and attributed quotations are published only after a real conversation and fact check.
We don’t sell registrations or automatically add readers to property marketing. Community interest is not an expression of intent to sell a home.
