Browsing the guide.

The guide does not require registration. Your welcome checklist is saved locally in your browser. Use “Reset checklist” or your browser’s site-data controls to remove it. We have not added advertising or visitor analytics trackers.

Earlier guide registrations.

An earlier version asked for a name and either an email address or phone number before entry. Those records remain in a private database for Samuel Thompson · LJ Hooker Manuka. They include registration date, entry page and the privacy notice version. Registration was not consent to a newsletter, email campaign, SMS marketing or property marketing.

The database is provided through the hosting platform using Cloudflare D1. Samuel can view and export earlier records through a protected owner inbox. No automated contact or marketing subscription is triggered. Contacts were checked for format, not verified by sending a message.

Cookies and technical information.

A cookie issued by the earlier registration flow may remain until its 30-day expiry. It holds a random token, not your contact details, and is no longer needed to read the guide. The hosting provider may process technical request information to operate and protect the service.

Suggestions and optional enquiries.

Email buttons open your own email app. Nothing is sent until you send the email yourself. Online contribution submissions and newsletter subscriptions are not connected. A suggestion or property enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

Access, corrections and removal.

Earlier registrations remain stored until removed. Request a copy, correction or deletion by emailing samuel.thompson@ljhmanuka.com.au. Registration details are not sold or automatically transferred to property marketing.

External websites have their own privacy practices. Future newsletter consent and unsubscribe choices will be separate from any property-marketing subscription.
